Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information, creating and managing dashboards, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our customer support team to provide exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information, including customer data, sales reports, and inventory levels

  • Create and manage dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive business decisions
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations to improve customer experiences and business outcomes
  • Work closely with the customer support team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including store managers and district managers
  • Collaborate with the data analysis team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and customer support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and customer support
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer support platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R
  • Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
  • Certification in data analysis or customer support
  • Experience working in a retail or food service environment
