Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate

  • Verify data and information using a verification process to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Document customer concerns and solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Meet or exceed all managed metrics, including data entry speed and accuracy
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Dual monitor experience and proficiency in data entry software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Experience working in a remote environment and using video conferencing tools
