Key Responsibilities

Monitor and Moderate Online Forum Discussions
+ Review all new posts and comments to maintain a positive and productive community + Take appropriate action when necessary, such as removing inappropriate content + Warn users who violate the guidelines + Ban users who repeatedly violate the guidelines
Respond to Customer Inquiries in a Timely and Professional Manner

Provide Excellent Customer Service and Ensure a Positive User Experience

Escalate Complex Issues to Senior Moderators or Management as Needed
