The Role
As a Part-Time Chat Operator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers via online chat and providing accurate information about our products and services. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings.
Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses
- Provide product and service information, answering customer questions and addressing concerns
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest offerings
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions is required, as this is a remote position
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT
