Key Responsibilities

- Writing and submitting detailed reports to supervisors
- Utilizing phone, computer, and internet skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Maintaining accurate records and data in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access
- Familiarity with Email Mail Merge and ability to use it effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
Qualifications
* Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a passion for customer service
- Strong verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Basic computer and internet skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access
