Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, with experience in customer support software and tools
