Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of our inventory network insights and business intelligence capabilities. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. You will be working with large datasets, applying statistical models, and using data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks (30%)

• Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%)
• Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail (20%)
• Foster additional technical skills and domain expertise within the core functional team (20%)
• Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall plan (10%)

* This position reports to a Supervisor

• This position has no Immediate Reports

Travel Requirements

* Regularly requires less than 10% of the time for temporary travel

Physical Requirements

* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is continuous opportunity to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.

Working Conditions

* Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any disturbing circumstances would be rare and not objectionable.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

• 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluation, and estimation
• Previous direct experience in analyzing the significant topic (e.g., Inventory network, Marketing, Projects, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
