What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service and Complaints Assistant, you'll be the primary point of contact between our business and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers throughout their online comparisons, providing clarity on product information, and helping them take advantage of special offers.
- Communicating effectively with customers via telephone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring that every interaction is positive and informative.
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Experience that Will Put You Ahead of the Curve
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment or face-to-face setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong general IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
