Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer pain points, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Utilizing data and analytics to inform customer support strategies and drive business decisions
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Working closely with the Operations and Customer Center team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in customer support and industry trends
Requirements to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, business administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM software and customer support platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of airline operations, scheduling, and planning
- History of leadership roles in student and community organizations

Co-op Opportunities
arenaflex is also seeking qualified co-op students to join our Operations and Customer Center team. As a co-op student, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and developing valuable skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities for Co-op Students
As a co-op student, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting with aircraft weight and balance, fuel distribution, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications
- Working with the Load Control Center's back office, creating applications and efficiencies to reduce workload for the frontline team
- Developing strategies, tools, and sustainability policies for annual jet fuel consumption
- Researching and developing methods to determine safe and efficient fuel loads, improve aircraft routing, and enhance cargo forecasting
Requirements to Succeed as a Co-op Student
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related 4-year degree program
- Available to work for three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday
- Must be enrolled in an educational institution throughout the co-op program
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Team-first attitude with a focus on team success
- Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in both group and individual settings
- Prioritizes safety and security for oneself and others
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Preferred Qualifications for Co-op Students
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Familiarity or experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
