Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator to join our team in a hybrid remote arrangement. As a Data Entry Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Entering data from source documents into arenaflex databases with accuracy and efficiency
• Filing and organizing incoming data, adhering to established filing systems
• Promoting a pleasant work environment by greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing them to appropriate individuals
• Performing related administrative duties as required, such as answering phones and greeting customers
• Inputting and updating information in databases, spreadsheets, and other software
• Archiving and organizing records, reports, and documents
• Managing orders, invoices, and expense reports
• Conducting research, compiling information, and preparing reports
• Performing basic accounting tasks, such as posting payments and invoices
• Maintaining confidentiality of company and customer information

Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of a high school diploma and 2-3 years of experience performing data entry or a related task
• The ability to input data in an accurate and timely manner
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access)
