Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist in our US Remote team, you will be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings, and advocating for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness.
- Helping consumers understand credit bureau processes and educating them on appropriate steps to request corrections.
- Receiving customer requests for assistance, identifying support needed, and either helping or forwarding requests to the appropriate functional area.
- Handling escalated customer issues.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Comfortable using a computer to perform operations.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and a drug screen.
- Flexible work environment: ability to work remote, hybrid, or in-office. You must be a US resident living within 45-60 minutes of our Allen, TX office.

- Training will be remote, so you will be on camera using your computer's webcam.
