Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll provide exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
* Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Use active listening and basic medical terminology to assist customers effectively
- Handle technical issues and maintain accurate records of interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide timely and effective communication to customers through various channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and arenaflex's products and services
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Quiet, private home workspace with wired high-speed internet
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office and computer setup
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare industry experience
- Post-secondary education (e.g., associate's or bachelor's degree)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

Work Schedule
* Full-time, up to 40 hours/week
- Mandatory one weekend day per week
- Hours: 12 PM - 11 PM EST (8-hours shift)
