Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Officer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Collaborating directly with other team members in a remote environment to achieve common goals and maintain a harmonious workplace where collaboration and respect prevail.
- Participating in training sessions to further develop skills and improve service delivery, and being open to feedback and implementing changes accordingly.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in a fast-paced or remote work environment.
