As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers daily and providing them with fast and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
- Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers
- Work with our food program and other areas of the store to maintain high standards for store appearance
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Interact with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
- Sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care
- Communicate effectively and provide friendly conversation
- Perform at a quick pace while having fun
- Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
- Come up with great ideas to solve problems and think quickly to offer suggestions
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
- Sales associate or cashiering experience (a plus!)
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands (requiring eye-hand coordination)
