Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing backlog orders and open orders, communicating late deliveries to customers and internal teams as required
- Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary
- Answering technical queries from customers using online technical references and offering alternatives using available resources
- Driving corrective actions and improvement projects to raise customer satisfaction levels
- Strengthening customer relationships by acting as a liaison between customers and internal points of contact
What We're Looking For

Education and Experience:
Typically requires 4 or more years of related work experience. Requires a high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
Language Skills:
Mandarin is preferred, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Base Salary:
$44,960-67,440 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Total Compensation:
Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
