The Role
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Meet and Greet Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Superior Customer Service: Offer efficient and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless rental experience.
- Additional Customer Assistance: Provide valuable information and support to customers, including directions, maps, local area information, and service details.
- Incoming and Outgoing Calls: Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions, while also making outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous tasks.
- Vehicle Assessment: Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem Resolution: Notify management of any known customer or vehicle problems, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Continuous Learning: Pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, as well as company-sponsored classroom training, to continuously build knowledge and skills.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Age: Be at least 18 years old
- Education: Hold a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
- Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
- Work Authorization: Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
