  • Ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their experience
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
