Your Role at arenaflex
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our high standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services
- Providing top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population
- Scheduling trips in the most cost-effective manner
- Meeting job-specific key performance indicators and goals
- Responding to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Recognizing, handling, and referring situations of an emergent nature
- Responding to and documenting customer complaints
- Providing support on special projects as needed
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must reside in the State of Indiana
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High speed Internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
- A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
- Ability to acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of, and adhere to, established Client Protocols, Departmental Policies and Procedures, and arenaflex's Transportation Provider Network
- Ability to adhere to all established arenaflex and Employee Handbook guidelines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task accurately
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Salary and Benefits
This is a competitive salary opportunity with a base pay rate of $16.00 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, and our salary ranges may vary based on individual skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
