Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Designer to join our Client Experiences Configuration Group, where you'll play a key role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative client experiences for some of arenaflex's most iconic products and services. As a Full Stack Designer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing stunning and engaging client experiences that drive commitment and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute innovative client experiences that drive commitment and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered experiences
- Create and direct high-quality in-product media client projects
- Develop a deep understanding of what makes content compelling and effective across various stages and audiences
- Design and develop visual and UX plans that meet the needs of arenaflex's clients
- Develop a refined understanding of UI/UX and product design principles
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and design
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, and executive leadership to drive creative solutions
- Develop and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in visual communication, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling
- Collaborate with other creatives to drive innovative solutions and ideas
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a portfolio showcasing development and solid visual and UX design
- Demonstrated ability to create and direct high-quality in-product media client projects
- Strong understanding of what makes content compelling and effective across various stages and audiences
- Experience designing work for multiple stages and use cases, and a deep understanding of its impact across devices, experiences, and situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of UI/UX and product design principles
- Familiarity with visual communication, video, animation, UX, prototyping, and storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Experience working in a cloud-based environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and design trends
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
