As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities

* Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals

• Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/renovations) as a project team member
• Remotely resolve and resolve demands using remote tools
• Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-related issues
• Record client interactions in incident management software, including resource management
• Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration
• Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations
• Install and configure local and network-based printers
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
• Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Travel, as required

What You'll Need for Success

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training

• 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues
• First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
• Preferred Qualifications:

+ A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT foundation experience in an aircraft/airport environment

• Essential Skills:

+ General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 + Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems + Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues + Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment + Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
