Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet productivity targets

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access remote social media and website chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop)
