Job Summary

As an Associate, Remote Network (Chat) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting the adoption of digital channels among customers. You will work closely with our team to deliver proactive and dynamic customer service, refer customers to digital channel options, and support the development of digital channel adoption strategies. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude toward internal and external customers

  • Refer customers to digital channel options based on their needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Support the development of digital channel adoption strategies for existing and new clients, working closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Conduct site visits to physical channels to provide feedback and communicate defined strategies related to digital channel adoption
  • Analyze customer behavior and conduct to create pitch-perfect digital briefs and customer journeys, driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on current and future arenaflex digital channels capabilities, providing expert insights and guidance to personnel
  • Participate in presentations as an expert in the digital channels arena, showcasing arenaflex's innovative solutions
  • Participate in testing processes as part of the development of new digital tools, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction
  • Support the generation of continuous motivation, contests, and initiatives to achieve results, driving team engagement and performance
  • Support the preparation of processes, communications, guides, and fact sheets to serve as tools for branches, ensuring consistency and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in finance or a related field (preferable)

  • Two (2) years of experience in a financial services company or related work of management (required)
  • Minimum education and experience requirements can be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of industry operating policies, procedures, and regulations (state and federal)
  • Excellent analytical skills to determine critical issues and areas in need of improvement, with the ability to find creative solutions while considering all aspects, departments, and individuals affected
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create processes and procedures, lead projects, and communicate results
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal), with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), reporting systems, and other business applications

* Experience in a remote network or digital channel adoption role

  • Knowledge of digital channel adoption strategies and best practices
  • Experience with project management and team leadership
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's digital channels capabilities and solutions
