Job Description
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to take their medications accurately and achieve better overall health. This position is completely remote, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home. This job will require you to work an adaptable part-time schedule that may begin and end beyond regular business hours. The position is 30-39 hours a week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:
+ Assist clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions + Manage both inbound and outbound calls + Proactively identify solutions for questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction + Adopt a proactive approach to resolving each issue, escalating it to a pharmacist or pharmacy staff if clinical guidance is required + Provide top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a high-speed environment + Assist with responding to client requests regarding their insurance and copays, as needed + Provide our clients with technical support while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com + Serve clients promptly to ensure we are building a long-term relationship + View every interaction as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship

Essential Capabilities

Must live in the state of Utah
*
High school diploma or equivalent
*
4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices

Experience performing multitasking with telephone and computer skills
* Designed broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed *
Ability to change your schedule regularly (every 2 weeks), with a 14-day advance notice
* Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and have the ability to dedicate complete focus to the client during work hours
Preferred Capabilities

1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

Experience working in a customer support or call center environment

Experience working in a healthcare setting
* Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for efficiency and quality *
