Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Home Care Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, their families, and caregivers. You'll work closely with our team to identify customer needs, communicate services offered, and schedule initial visits. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively identify customer/family/caregiver needs and communicate services offered and aid the caller in understanding the value of arenaflex services.
- Establish rapport and engage members with arenaflex by scheduling the first initial visit.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions while safeguarding Protected Health Information.
- Route calls properly to support first call resolution.
- Attend/participate in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Adhere to attendance requirements.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
* High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere
- 2+ years of experience using CRM applications
- Minimum of one year in an outreach environment preferred
- Medical Terminology knowledge
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Great multitasking skills
- Positive attitude
- Good typing skills
- Great customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a home care or medical scheduling environment
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex services and products
