Key Responsibilities
As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative - Product Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
- Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project
- Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
- Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss products being tested
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and curious spirit
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Honesty and reliability
- Good communication skills
- 18 years or older
