Job Summary:
As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests for assigned clients. You will provide standardized responses using client-provided systems and documentation, and escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances to more experienced representatives or designated departments. This is an entry-level role, and we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders (customers) of assigned clients.
- Provide standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation.
- Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases.
- Determine basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Begin to build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and an understanding of association guidelines and compliance.
- Frequently refer to online manuals and specific client training to resolve card holder inquiries.
What We're Looking For in This Role:
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months.
- The pay for this role is $15.00 per hour. This is an entry-level role, and the pay is non-negotiable.
- You must be flexible and open to a work schedule that includes mid-shift to late shifts and working weekends as part of your weekly schedule.
- This role requires you to be on camera at all times.
- This role is not bonus eligible.
- This is a US-based role only.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 12 months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months.
- Banking customer service experience.

* Skills / Knowledge: Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.
- Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Has little or no role in the decision-making.
- Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments. Works under close supervision.
