Job Summary

We're currently hiring Inbound Work from Home Customer Service Representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support to customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats, providing a positive and meaningful experience with every interaction

• Communicate a variety of information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our products and services
• Be an active listener, helping to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Work effectively in a remote setting, maintaining a high level of productivity and performance

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong track record of success
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
• Reliable internet speed and broadband connection
• Secure area in the home to work from
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
• Located in Las Vegas, NV (must be able to work from home in this location)
