The Role

As a Live Chat and Telephone Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking mental health support services. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving, while also providing personalized support to enhance customer satisfaction. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally, and building and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

* Respond to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships with personalized support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless experience
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Maintain proper documentation of interactions

Requirements

* 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping others

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience working in a mental health or social services setting

  • Knowledge of mental health support services and resources
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
