Job Summary
As a Remote Live Chat Agent/ Support Agent/ Online Chat Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing real-time support and assistance through online chat platforms. Your role will involve:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product or service-related questions, account issues, and technical difficulties
- Accurately documenting chat interactions, escalating issues when necessary, and following up with customers to ensure resolution
- Navigating internal systems to retrieve relevant information and offer solutions tailored to each customer's needs
- Processing orders, handling billing inquiries, or providing product recommendations based on customer requests
- Delivering efficient and high-quality service while maintaining a positive brand image
Key Responsibilities
* Provide real-time customer support through online chat platforms
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns
- Accurately document chat interactions and escalate issues when necessary

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and empathetic tone
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including chat platforms and internal systems
