Job Summary
As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinical team. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical team
- Provide exceptional customer care and support to patients and families, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and policies to provide accurate information and support to patients and families
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating multiple priorities and deadlines
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
- Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
- Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
- Familiarity with telehealth services and technology
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
