Experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Professional Services Sourcing and Contract Negotiation

Job Summary:
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team responsible for the strategic sourcing of Professional Services for arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will build relationships with key executives, advise on market engagement to identify top-tier dealer partners, lead deal negotiations, and assist in optimizing cross-functional dealer relationships. You will work on a wide range of projects, maintaining the position exciting, exposing you to many service-providing industries, including consulting and advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, managed services, etc.
Responsibilities:
* Participate and lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders
- Evaluate providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria
- Develop and lead RFI/RFP process for professional services according to arenaflex policies and procedures
- Analyze bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
- Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology
- Prepare and execute contracts, as well as perform post-award administration
- Understand and assist in the development and execution of performance control programs with providers focusing on quality, responsiveness, and cost
- Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
- Communicate and document to management the reputation of any significant external relationships that may impact planning and decision-making
- Analyze market trends and conditions affecting internal stakeholders and external providers or pricing
- Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with contemporary business best practices
- Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
- Show expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum 2 years of professional services sourcing
- Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
- Strong strategic agility
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Internal client awareness
- Ability/choice to work in various environments
- Ability to handle ambiguity
- Knowledge of:
+ Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms & conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on matters regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services
- Professional Services Sourcing background is a plus
- Consulting/Advisory background is a plus
Required Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
