The Role
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions, providing exceptional support via phone, SMS, chat, and email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support every step of the way. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients navigate our systems, answer general questions, and resolve challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
- Communicate promptly and effectively, providing clear and concise solutions to client inquiries
- Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
* 5-day a week fully remote position with scheduled hours: + Sunday and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST + Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST + First two weeks of training: Monday to Friday + Sundays are mandatory + Wednesdays and Saturdays off + Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
- Previous, extensive Customer Service experience required
- Passion for health and wellness is a must!
Compensation and Benefits
* Expected first-year compensation: over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
- Starting base rate: $20/hour
- Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals
- All team members are eligible for stock option grants, which are awarded based on performance annually
