Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and staff support services to our Claims Coordination Team
- Entering claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information
- Collaborating with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization
Preferred Qualifications
