Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and upholding area drives through administrative support for the CIC initiative group, ensuring responsive, precise, and efficient help for everyday regulatory necessities. You will also be responsible for processing acquisition exchanges, PO creation, receipt accommodation, and payments using MYBUY S/4 Hanna stage and setting up new providers/merchants using MDG.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute and uphold area drives through administrative support for the CIC initiative group, ensuring responsive, precise, and efficient help for everyday regulatory necessities

  • Use Agree following organization strategies for all movement and costs and PCARD compromise
  • Process acquisition exchanges, PO creation, receipt accommodation, and payments using MYBUY S/4 Hanna stage and set up new providers/merchants using MDG
  • Process PO invoicing and accommodation in SAP
  • Make, run, and disperse reports on a case-by-case basis for the CIC group
  • Make and keep up with hierarchical outlines, conveyance records, and contact records
  • Research, keep up with, and stock all division gear for both in-office and WFH workers
  • Help support and coordinate operations for quarterly CIC municipal centers, CIC initiative gatherings on and offsite, and various division occasion
  • Help with recently added team member onboarding, requesting supplies, mailing and transportation, and getting guests
  • Other work obligations as allocated

Essential Qualifications

* Solid education and administrative abilities

  • Solid impact and exchange abilities
  • Powerful correspondence and show abilities
  • Working knowledge of SAP (Hana, Agree)
  • Capable MS Office (Succeed and PowerPoint abilities)
  • MuyBuy experience
  • Handling of Procurement Orders, invoicing, PCard compromise
  • Onboarding preparing experience
  • Client assistance or Coordinated operations experience
  • Managerial experience (operations, calendaring, detailing, planning, group support, keeping up with records, diagrams and documents)
  • Capacity to autonomously oversee time and plan
  • Brilliant verbal and composed relational abilities
  • Capacity to work with all levels inside the association
  • Should have accessibility and adaptability to stay at work longer than required when essential
