Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately and efficiently processing data, including patient information, prescriptions, and medical records
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and electronic
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and errors
- Staying up-to-date with changing regulations and policies related to data entry and patient care
Responsibilities
* Draw in patients by greeting them and offering assistance with items and services
- Settle patient issues as quickly as possible and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience
- Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and cheerful experience, including relational behaviors that demonstrate care (e.g., welcoming, eye-to-eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and arenaflex service qualities (e.g., showing interest to identify needs and proactively helping, upgrading until fulfilled, advocating compassion and inclusivity, etc.)
- Associate with patients by expecting needs and proactively offering services
- Uphold endeavors on upgrading patient experience by expanding familiarity with healthcare services presented through arenaflex (e.g., patient discussion, prescription administration, drug treatment audits, and perform clinical, or health services like vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and patient results services) subsequently advancing the shift of the arenaflex pharmacy job from transactional to relational
- Participate and aid events that mirror the exceptional communities we serve as mentioned by Head supervisor, Healthcare Boss, Region Director or Pharmacy Administrator
- Advice patients and answer their inquiries regarding the use of medication, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, more affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refer to clinical provider depending on the situation to ensure medication is taken accurately, health needs are addressed, and satisfaction with service
- Perform pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug treatment audits, check, and medication management
- Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications when required by responsibility
- Ensure the pharmacy operates according to guidelines, organization policies, and standards
- Assist pharmacy administrator with establishing strategies that promote the effective workflow of the pharmacy, including delegating tasks, planning activities, and requesting colleague ideas
- Ensure the utilization of all components of the Honest Intentions Dispensing strategy related to state and government controlled substance regulations while filling prescriptions
- Maintain current knowledge of data technology related to pharmacy systems, including workflow, prescription fulfillment, billing, clinical documentation, training, stock management, and retail location registers to offer assistance to patients as well as pharmacy staff
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies related to data entry and patient care
Requirements
* BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
- Experience performing prescription dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and government controlled substance regulations
- Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer in at least 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
- Strong knowledge of data entry software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
