Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Customer Service team, working remotely and part-time. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining global customer support dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners. You'll work closely with our Data Science team to migrate scheduled Scene dashboards into arenaflex's custom data representation tools. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining global customer support dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborating with the arenaflex Data Science team to migrate scheduled Scene dashboards into arenaflex's custom data representation tools
- Extracting, processing, and analyzing large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer support data
- Providing level one support to external partners and internal stakeholders on data-related queries
- Working with Data Engineering teams to ensure the timely resolution of data integrity issues
- Teaching and training clients on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and KPIs
- Preparing and presenting executive-level reports on status, insights, and patterns to inform and drive business decisions
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or other relevant quantitative field or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, ideally in a customer support or related functional setting
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Proven experience in creating complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to drive business improvements
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Project management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms, engaging diverse audiences to drive results
