Job Summary
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team, assisting with data entry, customer service, and processing support tasks. You'll work closely with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot front-end processes, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. Day in the Life
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, your day will be filled with a variety of exciting challenges and opportunities. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
- Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
- Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
- Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $18.50 Maximum: $34.60 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification
Education
You'll need to have a verifiable High School Diploma or GED to be considered for this role.
