Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and productive
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Assisting customers with basic technical troubleshooting, using your technical skills and knowledge to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and solutions, using arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer service processes, sharing best practices and ideas for enhancing the customer experience
- Following guidelines and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a college degree)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in arenaflex's technology platforms, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be located in the United States
