Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Chat Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing premium service and building relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence
  • Assisting with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions
  • Assisting customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
  • Handling multiple chats at a time, ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as necessary

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Digital chat experience handling multiple chats at a time, or the ability to pass a typing test with 55 WPM
  • Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or chat environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt to new information
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
