Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Performing data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports
- Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and analysis
- Utilizing pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way
- Transcribing audio files, documents, or other written materials into digital format
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent
- Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our systems and data entry processes
- Identifying and addressing data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of our records
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry

Essential Qualifications

Schedule and Location
