Job Description

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets, and presenting your findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Make compelling, concise, and clear reports and visualizations to inform partners, leadership, and clients about Semi program performance, efficiency, and client insights.
• Support designing requests to extract and assess data from vehicles to aid in pattern analysis, part trials, and service opportunities.
• Develop automated reports on fleet performance and safety.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish data pipelines and ensure data integrity.
• Write maintainable, scalable code that can be extended upon by other analysts.
• Provide data to business development teams and collaborate on client-facing materials.
• Analyze time-series data from vehicle logs.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• A self-motivated, quick learner able to do first-order thinking in an ever-changing data landscape.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
• Experience with time-series data, such as CAN, is a plus.
• A proven ability to extract insights and conclusions from large, complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
