Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our workforce management team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with our store operations team to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement process enhancements. This is a remote position that requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including store operations, HR, and finance systems

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements
  • Collaborate with store operations team to implement process changes and monitor results
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store operations team, HR, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce management and data analysis

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, data analysis, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or home improvement industry

  • Familiarity with workforce management systems and processes
  • Certification in data analysis or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
