Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative - Travel at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Booking and Coordination: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Data Entry and Record Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Travel Advisory: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients, helping them make informed decisions and plan unforgettable trips.
  • Problem Solving: Handle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry, with a strong understanding of travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a remote work environment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, using creative solutions and expert knowledge to resolve complex problems.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required, to accommodate client needs and time zones.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
