About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Solutions organization, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving operational excellence, and ensuring seamless order management. - Manage the day-to-day execution of OTS order management for our customers, including successful resolution to inquiries and escalations received.
- Work directly with customers to drive changes to processes, tools, and products based on their needs.
- Meet or exceed daily targets to real-time customer alerts and order escalation resolution.
- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple teams to streamline workflows, prioritize, and fix issues at hand.
- Swiftly identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
- Proactively identify potential issues and come up with solutions that are acceptable to all stakeholders involved.
About the Team:
Our Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) organization manages a complex suite of IT products and services that support a wide variety of new site launches and project initiatives across business teams within arenaflex operations. Our technology solutions power the physical fulfillment operations that directly support shipping packages to millions of customers across the globe.Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 1+ years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or support
- Knowledge of order management systems and logistics
- Experience in process improvement and change management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
