  • Handling special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or specific needs, ensuring that all passengers feel valued and respected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
