Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics
- Researching participant accounts to provide accurate and efficient responses
- Addressing basic questions or issues, and providing clear and accurate information to callers
- Keeping accurate records of all conversations and meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets
- Performing tasks associated with call handling, including basic plan and participant file research and updates
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting taking inbound calls
- Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
- Quality and accuracy of tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
