Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics
• Researching participant accounts to provide accurate and efficient responses
• Addressing basic questions or issues, and providing clear and accurate information to callers
• Keeping accurate records of all conversations and meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets
• Performing tasks associated with call handling, including basic plan and participant file research and updates
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:

• At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting taking inbound calls
• Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
• Quality and accuracy of tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
