What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Proactively making outbound calls to existing and potential customers within your designated territory, fostering meaningful conversations to determine unique requirements and challenges, and qualifying potential spending on wearables.
- Creating and implementing an effective sales approach to leverage opportunities and secure a greater share of customers' spend.
- Educating customers on the advantages of choosing arenaflex as their preferred supplier, emphasizing our unwavering commitment to quality, inventory, product selection, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with Territory Managers to share valuable insights about customers they may not have encountered before, assessing and qualifying customers for Account Executive assignment as necessary.
- Entering data into Salesforce CRM with learned information about customers, creating new or enhanced opportunities for AE's and/or Territory Managers.
- Serving as a product and industry expert, demonstrating a profound understanding of arenaflex's product offerings, marketing tools, and solutions to effectively communicate their value and relevance to customers.
- Keeping customers well-informed about products, updates, new offerings, marketing programs, and opportunities to enhance their business.
- Completing and meeting deadlines for all lead lists, calling initiatives, and other assigned projects, achieving the expected volume of proactive customer contacts.
- Participating in and contributing to various industry trade shows, effectively analyzing potential growth opportunities while enhancing customer relationships, education, and engagement.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Complying with all policies and standards.
What We're Looking For
* Associate's Degree in business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in outbound calling or inside sales, preferably within the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, videoconference, and phone interactions.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and benefits.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple assignments and systems simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with strong typing and accuracy skills. 1-3 years of experience using Salesforce, ODY.
- Problem Solving: Proficiency in creatively resolving difficult or emotionally charged customer situations.
- Team Player: Thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Our Offer
* Salary Range: You'll earn a competitive hourly salary, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Bonus: Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 5% of base salary.
- Paid Time Off: Accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked, up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What You Can Expect
* Remote work environment with flexible scheduling.
- Quarterly travel may be required to attend industry trade shows and meetings.
- Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions.
- arenaflex's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA, and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST.
