About This Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Budget Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of the CE Budget Management team, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing payment data, facilitating invoice payments, and developing new tracking and reporting templates. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Engagement Budget Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including:
- Managing and analyzing payment data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Facilitating invoice payments and working with multiple partners to ensure timely remittance
- Developing new tracking and reporting templates to improve overall efficiencies
- Preparing tools and processes for future planning and analysis
- Partnering with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests
- Presenting and communicating effectively to all levels of leadership, including senior executives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years' work experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience with growing responsibility in Finance/Accounting or Business Development
- Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills. Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required
- Proficient experience in large data sets and Excel formulas
- Practical experience with Coupa, SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at all levels, including senior management
