Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling when required

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, and Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
  • Internet Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
