Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling telephone inquiries, performing account maintenance, and ensuring that our customers' service requirements are met with the highest level of professionalism and care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process telephone inquiries:
Respond to customer calls, resolve issues, and provide information on our products and services
Perform account maintenance:
Update customer information, process payments, and ensure that all required documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Research overcharges:
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors in customer accounts
Provide assistance with payment options:
Help customers understand and navigate our payment options, including credit card updates and balance thresholds
Prepare reports:
Compile and submit daily Phone Call Logs and other reports as required
File applications and paperwork:
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and correspondence
Participate in Quality Assurance:
Engage in regular call monitoring and auditing to ensure that our service standards are met
Work a rotating weekend schedule:
Be available to work a rotating weekend schedule, one month on/one month off, as scheduled or as required based on operational needs
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent:
A minimum educational requirement for this role
Previous customer service experience:
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role
Fluent in both English and Spanish:
A strong proficiency in both languages is preferred, but not required
